and see that our next home game against Huddersfield is almost sold out, just a few tickets left by the look of it. WTF 80,000 plus at home to Huddersfield. Is the new ground going to be big enough? I also took the chance to purchase a ticket for the Man City match £18 (plenty of tickets left for that one, amusingly). I will probably do Club Wembley for the Rochdale replay, £5 tickets on sale for us OAPs, although I shall push the boat out and go Club Wembley for £7.50.

Chronic that can't be right logically and per their own rules. What I think they've done is close down your "account" and opened you up a new one just applying the season ticket loyalty points at the start of the season (whatever that is, something low like 30 or 40).
Has your fan number changed?
I'd speak to the ticket office if I were you.
