Plus there is a chance we go "all out" for the Europa, lose to a team like Atletico and in the mean time a couple of teams above us have stumbled in the league.


Way, way too early to think about chucking the PL. Our schedule to the next international break isn't awful, and we don't even know our next EL opponent (if we get through).

Putting all our eggs in the basket of a cup competition which contains some very strong teams and below those some awkward away trips is an extremely risky strategy. And it certainly wouldn't be one he would admit to in public at this stage even if he doesn't believe we can make top 4.

But like DJ said, I don't buy this idea of concentrating on one thing over another, at least until the point where scheduling or squad resources makes it a necessity. Try and win all the games, crazy as it sounds.

Ok - you’re probably safely through this round so yes rest a few key players etc.
But still if a was a gooner I’d want Wenger to play his strongest side wherever possible in both EL & PL.
you are a good enough side to beat most of the other remaining sides in the EL

I'm sure we will.

Jose and his expensively assembled squad gave up on the top 4 and put all eggs in the Europa basket. Embarrassing for a club of that size.

Wenger showing a bit more class by refusing to at least admit he'd follow the same degrading route.

We had a better season than you mugs and we came 6th.

I wonder if we will ever win an away game in the premier league again. Our away form has costed us so badly this season. Losing against Swansea, Bournemouth, Stoke, Watford, then drawing against West Brom, West Ham and Southampton. It's almost unthinkable that we haven't even won 1 of these games!

He won't unban me mate I'm wasting my Fecking breath and do u want to know why he banned me? When arsenal went a goal down like a month ago and I said "lol"

He does have a point. Always better to do it through league but we don't have much choice
