Seems like the WBA dressing room was in chaos after their last performance? "Mr. Pardew, your plane is boarding".

Tin pot grounds like Villa and Wolves can’t handle a bit off snow.

Out of curiosity; what did WBA ownership see in Pardew? He has failed at every club, the only question is how long would it take.

Sign a young energetic manager, give him 2-3 years to build a quality team and you will be back in the PL.

Our owners don't know anything about football.

They leave day-to-day running to the chairman and chief executive who have both been sacked and temporarily replaced. Pardew was recommended by DoF Nicky Hammond who worked with him at Reading, which is so much easier, than actually doing some research and finding a proper manager.

Now that the boardroom clearout has started, most of us want a young, hungry and forward thinking manager and give him a chance to build something. Which means we'll probably end up with Mark Hughes or someone.

Alan Partridge also just happened to be available. He was spending his time conveying his expertise on Sky Sports.

The new manager "bounce", that happens at other clubs like Swansea, West Ham, and Everton, didn't occur - ironic for a club who's motto is "bouncy-bouncy".
