One match ban enabled

Leeds United boss Paul Heckingbottom could make changes after his side's disappointing 3-0 defeat at Middlesbrough on Friday.

Midfielder Adam Forshaw was brought on as a half-time substitute in that game and is likely to come back into the starting XI.

Wolves are without midfielder Ruben Neves, who is serving a two-match ban.

The leaders have not won any of their past three games - their longest run without a league victory this season.

Match facts

Leeds have alternated between a win and a defeat in their last six home league matches against Wolves - they lost last time out at Elland Road in April 2017.
Wolves have not beaten Leeds at Elland Road in back to back league seasons since the 1959/60 campaign.
Leeds have conceded 46 league goals this season - they only conceded 47 in the entirety of last season.
Wolves have won just three of their last 10 matches in all competitions (D4 L3).
The Whites have lost their last five Championship matches against teams starting the day in top spot, since a 1-0 win at Middlesbrough in February 2015.
Ivan Cavaleiro has been involved in more Championship goals for Wolves than any other player this season (18, 10 goals and eight assists), including five in his last five games (one goal, four assists).

Have to hope that with his 2 game suspension and additional rest due to the postponed game last weekend that Neves feels refreshed and is raring to get going. Such an important player for us.

Of the current top 6, these fixtures remain where one team plays another:

Derby v Cardiff
Aston Villa v Wolves
Derby v M'boro
M'boro v Wolves
Aston Villa v Derby
Cardiff v Wolves
Aston Villa v Cardiff
Wolves v Derby

So Wolves clearly have the most difficult run in with 4 with 3 away from home;
Cardiff have 3 with 2 away;
Villa have 3, all at home;
Derby have 4 with 2 away;
M'boro have 1 away;
and Fulham are not involved with any so have the easiest run in.

* M'boro have 1 at home and 1 away

just based on those matches the ease of run in, hardest to easiest I would say is:

Wolves
Derby
Cardiff
Villa
M'boro
Fulham

could get very interesting, especially for the chasing pack for whom 12 points currently covers 2nd to 6th

Think you've got to factor in Wolves being better away than any other team in the league is at home though Wulfrun.

I'll back us to lose a maximum of one more this season and walk the league. Best wolves team of my lifetime and far better than the rest. Cardiff to squeeze into second with Vile and Fulham finishing level, just behind them.

Don't see anyone catching us and like DJ said I think last night was a very important win just when we looked a little shaky and pressure had mounted, winning four of the next eleven won't be a problem at all and perhaps only three wins and a few draws needed really.

Fulham are motoring right now but likely due a sticky patch and I think villa will just about sneak second with Cardiff and Fulham not far behind, derby fifth and Boro sixth.

what a sour, churlish response on here to afobes goal - miserable counts
----------------------------------------------------------------------

It was a little disappointing to see a few of the negative remarks to the goal here and elsewhere especially given some of the chances squandered first half which Afobe would have been crucified for.

Looking at the upcoming fixtures, I still think we could achieve another 24 points. This would also tie in with our current ppg average.

Conservatively, if we only get 20 more, I still think 96 will be plenty enough to win the division, especially if we manage to stop Villa, Cardiff and Derby from winning.

wouldn't mind Cardiff in second, fancy Fulham to have the measure of villa in the play-offs
