replacement, or whom the board go for......
It depends completely on what Roman’s expectations are IMO for who our next Head Coach should be. If it’s sell to buy and integrate the Kids (which I still believe the Europa League is a massive opportunity to support that project) then I’d be happy with a Koeman/Rodgers. I understand why you would scorn both those suggestions, but one was once our youth coach, the other did a good job, in fact better job, when his hands were effectively tied.
If it’s a “must challenge for the big trophies" expectation then we’re never going to get the kids coming through.
Sorry, whether they’re good enough or not, whilst the Head Coach of Chelsea has to live up to big expectations, he’s not going to give anyone the opportunity to find out.
You don’t have to take my word for it and we can’t put that all on Jose’s doorstep, no Chelsea Head Coach post Roman has felt safe to ‘play the kids’.
Expectations are going to dictate Conte's..

Can't be Koeman, he is rubbish and he had meltdowns at Everton and Valencia that Jose would be proud of.
BR sounds interesting in theory, but his total disregard for defending is a massive put of.
If we are going down this route the perfect option would be to coerce Poch into doing a Sol Campbell mark two, but that ain't happening

Rodgers
Are you really saying Rodgers would do a better job than Conte? Really? Seriously?

What i said was are you really saying Rodgers would do a better job than Conte.
In 2 seasons under Rogers do you honestly believe the levels of success would be better than Conte's?
