Articles comparing Arsenals decline and the Spurs revival started a few years on BBC 606. They were all dismissed by Arsenal fans, confident of their clubs ability to maintain the gap over the hated rivals. It now looks like the short-term collapse by Spurs under a Ramos was a mere blip. The trend over the last 5/6 years has been the following, Arsenal have gradually declined and Spurs have gradually improved. During that time, Spurs have won a trophy, Arsenal have not.

I am now confident of the following things.

- Spurs have a better run club than Arsenal.

- Spurs have more passionate support when the team needs it.

- Spurs have a stronger first eleven.

- Spurs have a stronger squad.

- This season Spurs will finally overtake Arsenal in the league, completing the power shift.

I predicted this would happen in 2006. They will soon be in our shadow for a very long-time.
