Said from the moment we qualified for the CL that if we take the same approach we did to the 2 leg ties in EL last season, the better teams would punish us.
Lo and behold, we spent 180 minutes playing like complete cowards. Not once in that tie did we look to take any sort of initiative. Thoroughly deserved to go out.
I would hope Jose learns a lesson here and doesn't take such a pathetic approach to such games in the future. Won't hold my breath though. This team just does not know how to attack.

So much money spent on players and you are so awful and boring to watch - and it's not even working because Sevilla are average !
Shocking for such a wealthy and powerful club to be reduced to that level.

As i said, we just have no idea how to put an attack together against a well organised team like Sevilla.
The moments before the first goal summed it up. Knocking the ball around cluelessly before being forced into a mistake by the restless crowd (not blaming the crowd there - I would've been the same if I was there watching that nonsense)
There is no cohesion at all in this team. If the manager hasn't got it by now he never will.
