Forest take the short trip up the M1 to Bramall Lane this Saturday looking to build on the performance against Derby.
They will face a Blades side looking to capitalise on home advantage, with five out of nine remaining fixtures being at home, to push on into one of the bottom playoff spots. They face Middlesbrough and Cardiff after us.
They haven't lost at home since Aston Villa on 30th Jan; Robert Snodgrass scoring a last minute goal to nick all three points.
March has been patchy for them, beating Burton, losing 3-0 to Fulham and drawing with Ipswich.
Their two leading marksman are Leon Clarke [15 goals, 3 assists] and Billy Sharpe [13 goals, 4 assists] and Billy has been finding the net recently; he last scored a brace against Reading away on 27th Feb. Clarke hasn't featured in the match 18 recently so may be injured.
Their midfielders have appeared on the score sheet of late so they are capable of adapting their game plan.
Karanka isn't set on making too many changes for this game, so is intent on building cohesiveness and team spirit. He has indicated that he will rotate the squad to give other players a chance before the season expires though.
I expect Karanka to name a very similar team to last week, will Murphy start up front to hold the ball up with Brereton getting 20 minutes at the end? Will Tomlin be fit enough to start or warm the bench?
Can we score a goal?

End to end.
If there’s nothing to play for you might as well make a game of it

Full time
0-0 but a different game to the derby 0-0
Norwich away, derby Home, and sheff U away. We would have lost all three without karankas rehaul, three 0-0 atleast demonstrates progress and attacking intent was better in this match in comparison the the last two

This lack of scoring is getting worrying. We seem to have the defence and midfield sorted out, it's just the goalscoring.

the main objective for AK this season was definitely sorting out the defence, goals will come, of that i am quite sure, but the most important thing was making us hard to beat, he certainly achieved that, Millwall away in 2 weeks time, i wouldn't even mind another 0-0, but no matter what the result, the future at least now looks promising.

Have to have a decent defence to achieve anything on this league so Karanka certainly has that side of things in hand. He will have the summer to work on the forward line.
