Radz has proved he doesn't have a clue when it comes to football matters, we are a top six team is evidence of this.
PH isn't the guy to take us forward, most people don't really rate him and in those circumstances, it would be crazy to trust him with recruitment. Besides he's a coach and the days of the coach being the one who is head of recruitment are long gone.
Sorry guys but the role of DOF is here to stay and in the absence of any other candidates I do not see Victor moving on any time soon.

There may well be other suitable DOFs about.
The reality is we just collectively don't know many.
The other point is the DOF and Head Coach must have the same view on signings otherwise its pointless.
My gut feel with Radz appointment of PH is that he saw a coach who has done a decent job at a resource constraint club especially with youngsters and thought he could maximise the investment in our U23's.
Feels to me like Radz is over complicating things and needs to realise his business decisions and success is a different matter from football.
