West Ham have some brilliant fans, all clubs have bad elements “apart from Liverpool of course” I remember the Swales our protests they weren’t pretty.

They should have followed the blueprint of Manchester that showed those darn saaarf that it can be planned and executed properly with benefit to the tax payer.

They should deeclare WHam's agreement null and void, knock down the place, turn it into a car park and save the taxpayers from future finncial hardship. That would sort all parties. WHU can ask their rivals, Orient to groundshare.
