Maybe Some Good News

He’s barely created or scored in the league all season.

Amazes me how, someone who only ever seems to roll his foot over the ball is so rated.

It's his first season don't forget. 9 goals and 6 assists from attacking midfield ain't bad at all in a crap team. He's had 2 injury setbacks and a 6 game ban also.

He does need to score more, but his dribbling and the way he ghosts by people gets fans off there seats and us up the pitch. He'll be a huge player for us next season if he stays.

Barely been to ER this season; but saw the game v Forest on new year's day, and Saiz was the best player on the pitch by far.

He's off form at the moment. And he got banned for 6 games for being stupid.

But not having this revisionism about him now. But he's been the best player on the pitch In A lot of our games this season. Needs to add more end product yes, but he's our best player.

think he gets some unfair ripping for 'creating nothing'

think he gets hyped up to much too.

hes a good player, but the idea/thought that someone gonna come raid us for him seems a bit silly.

proven himself to be unreliable when we really needed him to be sensible and if you solely look at his numbers they are exactly sensational.

but hes the only player we have who can do what he did against forest and run half the pitch slot kemar roofe in to miss a sitter

problably only him and pablo pull off the pass at reading to play forshaw in for janssoon equaliser.

can see why hes never gone to the very top though:

- clearly can be rash
-poor passing deicsions / when to release ball
- has literally no left foot at all
/ always know where hes going with the ball.

*aren't exactly sensational

Like I said, it's his first season. He's done well but has room for improvement i.e decision making, over playing, more goals, less card waving

Excellent player at this level, let down by all the crap around him.

Have been surprised by how Saiz has gone from hero to zero so quick with some.

If we had done a vote just before Christmas on here he would have got best player award with Pablo not far behind - the rest nowhere.

This place is pathetic at times
