Pass some coaching exams, get a job, get sacked, put the redundancy money in the bank and repeat ad infinitum.

I think the problem with recruitment of bosses is the recruiters. I was interviewed by a headhunting company, from the 'city'. Ex public school types for a Directors job. I applied for the job as it was expected of me, a step up and no one else within the company was prepared to do it and I was doing a lot of it anyway.
A bit of background, my company was bought by Private Equity Investment company a couple of years ago.
I had to travel 40 miles from the company to a hotel to have the interview. A couple of ex-public school HR types did the interview. No substance what-so-ever, not briefed on my company and only interested in positive statements. They only showed interest in my answers when I decided the interview was over and I stood up to leave. Needless to say I didn't get the job (thank god) but I have to live with the consequences.

Iwas, that's why I got out of working for a company and became self-employed, (I was lucky as I work in a niche industry).
Despite us being a UK branch of what was a German engineering business, the office was run like a gentleman's club.

What is a Niche Scouse, how do you make them, and where do you sell them?

'Perhaps a compulsory 3 hour grammar, spelling and comprehension workshop with Spart could be thrown in.'
Wonder if Spart does group rates ?

All those questions. Do you work for Cambridge Analytica or summat ?
Been a combination of work and not having anything informative or amusing to impart.
So what's new, you ask ?
