City have been arguably the best team in the league this season, no one can really doubt that. But has their limited spending held them back in Europe?
Teams like Liverpool and United for example have spent 70m+ on players, City havenโt been spending that sort of money and it was evident last night with Liverpool keeping a clean sheet and City not being able to score.
Do they need to start spending money if they really want to dominate?
