My uncle was all set to sign for Rangers in the late 70’s. Up at my nana and papa’s house they were filling out the forms. What school do you go to?

Sadly MS robbed him of any later chance of getting picked up. Over the years it’s gotten worse and he is wheelchair bound now

I had a brief trial with Motherwell. Billy Davies was manager and also coached my team occasionally through his friendship with our manager.

Took 4/5 of us down for a bounce game between the under 21’s and the reserves. I was hooked off at half time. So far out my depth it was amazing I was even there.

Sounds like BD took you along as a warning to the players about what might happen if they don’t knuckle down 😀

Not listened to Marvin's interview yet but I have enjoyed all them so far.

Alex Rae, Charlie Miller, Barry Ferguson, Arthur Numan, Alan Stubbs etc etc - well worth a listen....
