Wolverhampton Wanderers 2 - 0 Derby County

Molineux
Wolverhampton
1945
11 April 2018

I really think that Wolves would be better off not winning against Derby, then they can claim their premier status by beating their nearest and dearest against Birmingham on Sunday. Just a thought.

Derby go into this with some confidence restored but all the experts (aka DCFC JA606 posters - apart from Scouse) think we will be lucky to get a point. Look, a good effort is what is required, do what we're good at and it will all follow. Or something. We have a 16% chance of winning.

BJ, Anya and Olsson are still out injured and Keogh is on the naughty step. So, third time on the trot we may have an unchanged side.

Wolves have been a revelation this year - where did that come from? They have the swagger and the confidence and verve and are deservedly are top but where did it come from?

Remember, Wolves last did the double over Derby in 2008-09 when they got promoted to the Premier League .....what price to thawart them and leave Molineux with the spoils?

Team news from Mojaca - I think.

And he never played for Rochdale, neither did the one who now plays for Brum and calls himself Jota. I think VC10 needs to change his medication.

In the interests of being strictly accurate it may not have been Jota. But it sounded similar

I don't remember saying anything about Jota, may I see the evidence please me lud?

I did mention looking at players at Rochdale because so many have gone on to better things, one example is Lambert who will probably be playing for us next season as he must be old enough by now.

And that Mendez Laing who is at Cardiff, he came from
Rochdale and he is better than any of our wingers.

Blame Heb, he claimed you said it and he is POTY (maybe missed a T out there) so it must be right.

I think Rowett ought to consider signing Steve Howard, if he isn't available I think John OHare still lives in the area. I don't know if he has any plans to exhume Jack Stamps.

John OHare, alive and kicking and definitely local 😎
