Roma aren't as much of a push over as some are saying imo. However they're comfortably the easiest team left in the draw.

Diafol/Eric - I get what you're saying about facing Real at Anfield but ultimately playing Roma gives Liverpool the best possible chance of reaching the final. As a fan that's all that concerns me at the semi final stage.

As for Roma, if we can keep Dzeko quiet then we stand a great chance. He's got 20 goals this season, the next highest scorer isn't even in double figures.

Of course everyone in the draw would have wanted Roma. I would if my team were still in it!

Also, in a one-off game you're more than capable of turning over Real or Bayern the same as they're more than capable of beating you.

Think you have a good chance now but it'll be important for you guys to not have your key players missing for the final although they'd now have to pick up bookings in both games, or a sending off, for this to happen.

Definitely agree with your final comment. Our squad is still a bit thin (in terms of quality) so it's incredibly important that we have the key players available.

They’ll appeal and ask for the semi final to be awarded to Spurs instead.

Sounds mutually exclusive to me.

Roma play in a similar style with a strong striker that is excellent with holding the ball. Both Umtiti and Piqué were unable to handle him. He's similar to Lukaku in strength so Lovren has his work cut out for him. Manolas is a smart and driven cb while their midfield is as industrious as Liverpools. They're keeper is topclass so I expect a hardfought battle.
