Should he stay or should he go.?

I've been watching Derby County for many years. I've seen some ups and a lot of downs. I've not held back on this forum in saying the best football I've seen was under Steve McClaren.
The football I have seen under Gary Rowett has been lacklustre, boring and unentertaining. The crowds reflect that..
When McClaren was at his best, there were no tickets available for home or away matches, because Derby were playing some fantastic football.
Even if Derby make the play offs this season, we will not make the final.
Poor, unentertaining football where we always look like we could lose. Even against Bolton we looked uncomfortable at 2-0 up.

I quite like Gary Rowett, but I don't think he's going to be able to direct Derby to the top division. His style of football is negative and he can't cope with the demands of what he is presented with at Derby.
We will be in the championship next season and I think it should be under the guidance of a different Manager.
Sorry Gary, you may be a hero among Burton and Birmingham fans, but on Grand National day, as far as I'm concerned, you have run your course.

A forward 3 of Lawrence, SupaCam and Anya would frighten Pulis to death...................and me.

Someone on the Utd board was criticising JM. He says that they now play "not to lose" rather than to go out an win.

I think he could be writing about GR if he'd posted it on our board?

Do you mean, VC10, a forward line of Lawrence, Supercam, Anya and VC10 would frighten Pulis to death? If you did I think you are right. He would be panic stricken.

I was being sarcastic Ramdini, I think that forward line sums up exactly where Derby County Football Club have gone completely wrong. None of the 3 are any good and I don't really want to see them play again for us.

I think you were being sarcastic as wel Ramdinil I've always agreed with your suggestions, but not this.

Bit harsh on Anya. Not really been given a chance and/or injured, or missing in mysterious circumstances.....

I was pulling your leg just a little VC. There are a few players (Anya amongst them) who have not been able to get a regular game. Vydra at one time too

I think we've seen enough of Anya to know he was a bad signing, I'm glad it wasn't my money. He has had a few chances and does well for the 1st game and then gets worse. I would rather have him in the team than Lawrence though.

Heb I'm still rooting for Bryson and Martin and i think Forsyth could have a future at Derby. These injuries he's had take a long time to mend, that's why Will wasn't at his best last season. He's doing well now, he's been Watford's MOM for the last 3 games.

Regards Forsyth possibly, but he should be nowhere near the first XI this year. Same for Thorne unless played in a midfield 3
