We play Swansea on the 28th, and Spurs play Watford on the 30th. We could be 2 points behind them by then.
Cahill, Emerson, Moses and Pedro were excellent tonight. Nice to see we may have got it right with Emerson. Very good touch, and very threatening going forward. And didn’t give Lennon a sniff all game.
Good win...

I’m really glad we don’t have to fight for for a spot in the top 4

We have to win all our games including a game against Liverpool and need Spurs to lose 2 out of 4.
No chance for top 4 but might as well get as many points as possible

No chance of 5th, That West Ham result might have seriously cost us in hindsight.
To think we lost to Burnley, West Ham, Watford, Bournemouth, Drew with Everton and West Ham.
Win 2/3 of those games and we would literally be in the top 4. All ifs and buts however we shouldn't be dropping points in this many games against lower sides.

To be fair we've dropped some ridiculous points this season as well. Burnley, Swansea, West Brom, West Ham all at home. Watford, Brighton away...

OP
I think Chelsea are very much in race for top four. I see you winning all four. Your club know how to get over the line, when the pressure is on. Spurs don't. Easy fixtures for Spurs on paper will almost certainly mean at least a couple of slip ups to let you in. I hope I am wrong, but have seen it all before.

if we go 2 points behind spurs befroe they play it will be a huge test for spurs mentally,
i agree with most top 4 is out of the question realistically but the pressure we could put on spurs may get them nervous .
Christ they lose that game and its all on again
