We should treasure legends like John whilst we still have them around. Aside from those we have lost, such as big Jock, Ronnie, big Tam, Bobby & Jinky, 3 from that great sixties team (Brogie, Stevie and Big Billy) are in the latter stages of Alzheimer's. God bless them all

They don't make them like John Clark any more.

He is even more humble than he appears face to face.

Reminds of my hero I never met Jimmy Quinn.

Just happy to be around the place and useful.

My nephew was the anchorman for Celtic TV.

Said the way John welcomes and supports young nervous fellas is

awesome & his dressing room presence in tricky Away games in Europe

is incalculable.

I've known and worked with his daughter and family for yonks.


Start his statue now IMO tho Zach thanks we've got enough already.

IMHO Luggy was the absolute backbone of the Lions.

Grossly under rated.
