Rodgers!?! Jesus, Arsenal can do a hell of a lot better than that.

That season he had at L'pool when they finished 2nd was all down to the Goofy One and as for Celtic, well even Maf could win the SPL with them

Most manager's who get close to winning the big leagues do it with several top class players in their teams. Brendan did it with one....a phenomenal achievement.

I can disagree with any of it.....apart from your suggestion that you only have a 'slight' propensity.....

I don't get this admonishment of rodgers specifically making absurd comments. I remember when Klopp was about to join liverpool and some fans refused to believe he would ever make any absurd comments because he was so "likaeble" and "talked sense.

But he does. In fact every manager does, or at least would if they were in jobs high profile enough for fans to hang on to their every word

Nah, as much as I rate BR, Arsenal will be looking for someone who has done something in Europe.

QF in CL or better.

Besides I reckon BR knows he has the chance to be immortalised at CP, the man who brought back to back trebles and sealed 10 in a row, for a fan that's some draw.

Not a good idea. He has already had his chance in the PL.
Successfully managing a team like Celtic in a league that has a skill level below that of the PL is not a great endorsement.
