This I agree with. We need to blend great players like that with hungry players who will play their hearts out. Not buy more primadonnas with attitude problems.

As a very long in the tooth United supporter, I’m back in my comfort zone.

Before Fergie straightened us out the buzz was all about the big transfer. One or two like Robbo or Moses we’re brilliant, a lot of them flattered to deceive, like Davenport, Olsen, Willie Morgan and Birtles, and some were just OK when we should have been winning the league with them, like Macari, McQueen and Jordan. We were still Hollywood though.

I had to watch Liverpool winning the league through brilliant management in picking up players like Hansen, Lawrenson, Souness, Gillespie, McMahon, Whelan, both Kennedys, Keegan, Rush etc and sprinkling some stardust on the top with players like Dalglish, Beardsley and Barnes. That’s top management.

We’re back to spunking money around left right and centre to little or no effect. Great fun though.

Tbf SE85’s dislike for South Americans is completely ridiculous which has been explained why countless times and should be ridiculed at every occasion.

Neymar seems like a little sh-t but he is also an incredible player who would vastly improve every single club on the planet. Even just for 1 season id love to see what he could do.

Common sense should tell you why most people wouldn't want him. See the long list of reasons above.

There should be no room for one primadonna in the team let alone add another one.

I would agree, talent wise. No doubting that. But there are other issues with this particular player that makes it not worth it.

If he is leaving PSG one really does have to ask why, after they coughed up silly money for him, one year earlier.
