He won’t be asked to leave!

I hope not. But ... so what was he saying, in your opinion?

Did anybody see Pogba talking to Dele at the end of the game, probably trying to tap him up to join United, it will have been something like, "come join us, you can triple your wages and in big games like today you`ll have the referee giving you the benefit of doubt, you`ll not get any penalties etc playing for Spurs"

I can see Poch losing patience unless Levy loosens the purse strings, he probably thinks he has taken us as far as he can, it`s up to Levy to show some real ambition, sadly we are winning fack all under the current financial restrictions.

Yes, I agree with that!

Poch is a good manager, but one thing is clear, top four will be as good as it gets, he is just not winning trophies. 10 years now as a manager, and zilch in the cabinet. Not changing anytime soon in my opinion.

I reckon he only has next season, then that will be that. Players and manager will move on.

My summary of what happened yesterday in the ManU match is that Pochettino cut off his nose to spite his face.
He can do what he did to a player like Townsend.
But if you try to do it to a player of Alderweireld's calibre, particularly when you really have need of him on the pitch, you are likely to make yourself look a right ass.
And that's what happened.
A smart manager would have said, "well there's a time to let the player win - for the sake of the team, and for my own sake too"
Poch is just not smart enough.
Whereas Mourinho is.

Freeing himself up for the Arsenal job

Most likely he's just dropping a hint to Levy that Spurs will never get over this hurdle until they invest in big game players. It can't be developed out of the blue.

FFS - We cannot lose Poch the big decisions went with Man U re yesterday they continually broke up our play with petty fouling Valencia should have been sent off and Sanchez pulling Dele Alli down the Ref bottled it !! Did Sanchez handle the ball to control it on their second goal ?
