Agree with that. Moulding a team with promising players is good when you're building from 7th to top 4.

But when you're in the top four you need to consolidate by adding genuine hit the ground running type quality.

It's what Fergie used to do, ie RvP, Stam, Ince, Andy Cole

one or two of those calibre players every year.
