Fat Sam Should Take You to the Cleaners

He's saved your club hundreds of millions of pounds, and had virtually no time to prove that he can take your team forward another step.

Since when is half a season enough time for a new manager to turn relegation fodder into a top 5 team?

Instead, you will go for a one season wonder like Marco Silver rather than a manager that has earned his stripes in the premier league.

It makes my stomach turn.

Everton will get 124 million pound for finishing 8th. If they had relegated they would have gotten 97 million and missing out on 97 million next season. So he basically secured them 118 million pound. No wonder they are more than happy to pay him his contract. Its a big deal to stay up these days.

Who is this idiot who created this nonsense sharticle?

I've read some rubbish in my time but this OP tops it all

The op obviously doesn’t attend Utd games and have to watch the dross served up by Mourinho. Well we had 6 months of watching the same garbage under fat Sam and voiced our feeling of discontent to force the boards hand.

Good luck to sam if he thinks he will get more than his payout.

I agree with OP.

Let's hope Silva takes Everton to the places where Big Sam failed, i.e. Championship.

No self respecting manager would take the Everton job. The fans hounded Koeman out then allardyce. Worst the owners for being weak and listening to them. How much has it cost Everton paying these two off? Absolute crackers way to run a club. Sam would have got better players in and improved Everton. Fans living in cloud cookoo land though.
