Going into a summer transfer window
Even in the dark days.
The goodwill and hope from last summer has disappeared and rad has a hell of job getting the fans back on side.
I just can’t see Rad been capable of doing it
Hope am wrong but the fact heck hasn’t been sacked, doesn’t fill me with any confidence he knows what he’s doing
Never been has underwhelmed

Don't get me wrong - I'm not convinced by any means but I do think he had a hell of a job on to make us better with the players he had to work with.

I agree that when he came in he had a threadbare squad to choose from due to injuries and suspensions, plus a fixture list from hell.
However, he had most of those players back after about 6 games and the team didn't improve. We are stuck at a poor level of performance & tactics and will not improve with Heck at the helm.
If Heck stays with us for next season we are going down.

We didn’t win an away game under him and never looked like we would
He did nothing, didn’t change the style, I mean what is his style
Poor manager who should never have got the job
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed but then our away form states we never won a game since we beat Albion on Boxing Day.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Heck was in charge of 8 of the 11 away games since Boxing Day, your point surely only emphasises that he's out of his depth.
His mission was playoffs, he failed. Epically.

The first order of business after the close season should have been to dismiss PH and then in turn the guy that effectively did the hiring, Orta, also be shown the door for this and other diabolical recruitment.
I am normally quite fair minded about these sort of things on managers but after 15 years of failure tough decisions need to get mind and with the current set up we are not equipped to mount a promotion challenge.

Sorry but you were convinced from the onset he would be the worst manager ever, never really prepared to give the guy a chance.
He is the wrong choice but heaven knows what hoops he would need to jump through to prove otherwise.

As for the playoffs, that ship had sailed long before he stepped through the door.
The guys in charge made poor decisions from day one. Monk saw that and jumped ship.
Where Heck has failed is in raising team morale, this team were shot to pieces by the poor appointment that proceeded Heck.

Fully backed the guy at matches but should never have been given the job

We should have beaten Derby away, Orta/Weidwald cost us that away win.

Don’t forget he was sensational with little Barnsley!

Agree, Leeds fan. Who's looking forward to a visit to Accrington Stanley?
