Jardim is the right coach to come in and work with whichever players he's given as well as giving chances to the very best of the best young players we have coming through now.
And while you're at it bring in an experienced and top class DoF who can be responsible for player recruitment as well as ensuring that the manager does bring through at least some of these excellent young players we have.
