Salah literally came third in the Egyptian elections and saved millions of lives though his face being in an advert but it's cool... some Spurs fans on an anonymous sports forum think he's not supposed to be placed with past pharaohs

3rd

Basically just as good as winning!!!
Imagine if he'd have come fourth though.....hugely embarrassing, a pathetic display.

Well not really. Salah is the best player to come out of Egypt ever. He's seen as the biggest sports icon in the whole country, probably the biggest they've ever had."
What because of 1 season?sorry, but this Mo Salah hype was nowhere until he had this standout season. Don't get me wrong, I think he's brilliant but the Egyptians weren't "idolising" him before like they are now.

Mate you think that Sphinx is a cat? That's Mo mate, they built it 1000s of years ao knowing he was going to win the CL for Liverpool.

It’s an Adidas publicity stunt, the boots will only be on display until after the CL Final has been played
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Exactly what I was thinking, publicity stunt, though I imagined it more as an incentive to get people into the museum who otherwise would probably not be visiting.
If it's Adidas' doing, then I imagine the museum will be pocketing a fair bit of wonga.

Why such a short stay?
Will they be moved to a museum in Madrid after the CL final?

Probably be placed in the pyramids.

No. Sky doesn't joke.
They are to be placed in front of the pharaoh in room 61.
I will visit the British Museum when I'm in London in two weeks time and see for myself.

The British Museum. Only school kids and tourists go there anyway, who cares.
