I have a feeling we may take Cesc back this Summer. Although he didn’t always see eye to eye with Arteta on the pitch

Doubt that. At Cesc’s age and current level I can’t see Chelsea getting more than £15M for him

No but they played against each other

I think I remember that, it was just one incident where Arteta raised his elbow to Cesc a bit. He made a meal of it and Arteta got sent off.

Don't think it's anything to ruin a friendship
between them.

Can't see it happening anyways.

Fabregas has lots of ability, but the game is too fast for him now. There surely must be better options. Time for him to go.

Broadcasters were commenting after about 65 mins. today that "his legs had gone". He did seem to be slow getting to the ball and getting back on United's breakaways. Give him another year as a sub, plus he could probably mentor some of the younger players?

I think we should definitely keep him. Rare to find players with his level of vision. His role in the team should be reduced back to being an impact sub though.

maybe we should look at Shaqiuri

Cesc should have the role he had in 2016/17... He racked up 12/13 assists from the bench so its not line he isn't effective coming off the bench, To really compete we need someone in there who can run for starters.
