Nottingham Forrest boss Aitar Karanka is disapointed with the progress some of the players sent out on loan have made:
“The young players like Walker, Clough and Cummings were on loan to play; to check them and what they could offer. We wanted them to report back for pre-season and show us the progress they had made. But they did not play regularly, so we need to think about them. They are young, they are talented.
“But they need to play. If they were unable to play at Bolton or at Rangers, imagine how difficult it is going to be for them to play here."
A bit harsh on Bolton.
Bolton will be raging

Curly/IE - the Musonda banter was funny at first, but became boring and repetitive- the very thing that both of you are happy to criticise the Bhoys for repeatedly.
We get it - the loan deal didn't work out, so we have correctly cut our losses. It didn't, in any way shape or form, change the outcome of our season. It got me thinking that it has been only through the few (relative) Celtic failures of last season (e.g. PSG, Compper, Roberts, the December draw at Parkhead) that I have seen real happiness in Bear posts. I did give the Bears the right to to reply - and Miller took my tongue-in cheek post in exactly the right spirit by saying that the end of the season was his highlight. It was nice that at least one Bear can reply without resorting to sarcasm or defensiveness
As for criticising Celtic - if you both took off your blue tinted glasses, you'd see a fair amount of that from myself and the other Tims on here, even in a double treble winning season.

Spot on Steve
Nah sorry curly , ah just can’t do it
Steve - this is where your whole tinted thing falls down mate. The Musonda thing only happened few days ago so it can’t be boring and repetitive.
Then there’s the point that the op was slating a gers loan signing. You had no problem with that. Yet us bears slate two worse signings and you come on about achievements etc .
Are we not allowed to retort? Point out the silly ness and hypocrisy?
And could you apply your same moral compass to those that support the same team as you. You know, the tints that you accuse others of having ?

IE - we're not going to get agreement here, mate. I don't have the inclination to go through your post point by point and respond - except to say that the Musonda banter has been going on for nearly four months - the original presser (when BR spoke a lot of pash admittedly ), his struggle for a starting place and his eventual return to Chelsea.
There is no malice or harm meant either way - we are all football supporters who love our clubs. The fact that we can indulge in civilised discussion is a good thing - you and Curly have every right to post what you want, call me a hypocrite or whatever. And I have every right to post what I want. It's only football
