Odds for the Prem next season

Man City 4/6
Liverpool 4/1 (I think they need to add a couple of noughts to that)
Man United 11/2
Chelsea 10/1
Tottenham 11/1

Man City look an absolute steal at 4/6. Not sure how they have Liverpool as second favourites, top four at best for me, in all probability behind Spurs again. Tottenham at 11/1 if they can get one or two in looks like a good each way bet. The team has been four years in the making, surely playing in the new stadium next season, time to deliver.

Yes due to the deluded masses lumping money on Pool to win the PL, the bookies have to set their odds short to cover their aris, and in the end always clean up.
Pool as second favourites is laugable, they are a transfer or bad injury to Salah away from slipping out of the top 6.

Yeah, Firmino and Mane are crap aren't they.

27 goals for Firmino and 19 for Mane is paltry.

Yet still finished behind Spurs, United and City. The Prem is about how the whole team perform, not just the forwards. No good having good attacking players, if your defence is rubbish.

I think there's a reason why our performances dipped in the final weeks of the season, can you think of why that might be sandy?

Clue - it's not something Spurs have ever dealt with...

The truth is Liverpool got found out and teams like Stoke and West Brom exposed the weaknesses and Chelsea took advantage of that to win against Liverpool.

Nothing to do with your pathetic excuse!

I don`t see how being dragged to a CL final by referees should affect the performances of the Pool players.

Just maybe Pool had one or two straight refs officiating their games (for once) towards the end of the season.

Think it's very plausible to say that Spurs need a couple of noughts on the end as well. Already bottled it twice, more times than Liverpool in the last 5 years.

Liverpool are probably 2nd or 3rd favourites with United for me.

Yes, we finished 4th but we were resting key players for the last few weeks of the season. Ings and Solanke, our backups were given a lot of game time.

I think we just realised that top 4 was sown up so focused all their efforts on CL final.

Did Spurs fans actually believe they overtook us on merit?

Spurs are better than Liverpool as things stand, that is a fact and has been the case the last four seasons

Over 38 games the league shows the teams in order.....you don’t finish first or seconds Nd if you are a bad side.

The top four are the four biggest sides from last season. August resets it all, but I would predict the same again come next May.

Spurs didn`t need to overtake Liverpool on merit, it was a given Spurs would finish above Liverpool, as they have done pretty well for a decade now. Same again next season as well.

Not sure when you lot are going to get it through your thick skulls, Spurs are a much better Prem team than Liverpool, have been for a very long while now as well.

Liverpool's team improved as the season progressed. We obviously signed VVD and actually stopped the laughable experiment with Moreno giving Robertson chance to shine. The team looked much better in the second half of the season and I'd expect with the new additions already in midfield that we improve even more

Who have Spurs, Chelsea and United brought in to improve them? I'd argue we were a better team than all of them since Jan

Chelsea have brought in Jorginho, Had you lot signed him you'd be creaming your Y-fronts.

Fabinho is a poor man's Matic.
