He actually gets paid for this nonsense

Stan Collymore would love to see Liverpools owners go to WHL and put £150m on the table for Alli, Eriksen and Toby. What world does this bloke live in, bcos I want to go. A national paper pays him to write the sort of drivel that even GB wouldn't publish.

know what ali is worth in reality? 20 million.

the ridiculous fee's paid in england for players is getting beyond a jokea 100 million for Alli
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It is hard to believe that anyone on here actually believes this figure. There has to be someone in the market for a serial diver and dirty player and who has the money. United like divers and have the money but they wouldn't take well to his dirty side. Players in the PL who are genuinely worth 100m are probably able to be counted on one hand, Salah, Kane, KDB and Silva in all probability, possibly Hazard. Alli isn't close to that class and Toby A clearly wants out of Spurs and so will go at a discount. Nothing to do with his ability, just a factor of age and seemingly a desire from club and player to move on.

I know it is the silly season but some of the posts on here beggar belief.

Serial divers like Aguero, Sterling, Jesus - every team has them.

Alli is young and English, if City or United come in for him then I guarantee you he won't move for less than £100m in today's market.

As for Toby going for a discount, this is only true if he goes abroad, Spurs still hold all of the cards at the moment as we can activate the deal extension, if an English club want him then it will be £50m+, whereas it will be nearer £30m for PSG.

There is no way anyone would pay £100m for Alli, yes he is English but only United would want him, he wouldn't make the bench at City and Liverpool play a different way. Aguero if anything stays on his feet too much, although I don't want him to become like Alli, or to a lesser extent Sterling. Toby, if he wants to go, and the club don't want him, will go for whatever you can get. I'm not saying it is right but players have the power and clubs cannot afford to have them kicking their heels in the reserves. Once others know he wants out the price plummets. The stupidity of some on the thread, saying that the players are worth £150m each beggars belief. If all these players (and it doesn't include your best player) are worth that much more than others why are Spurs so far behind City when no City fan would be valuing their players that highly. Players like KDB are worth twice what Alli is, and it isn't £150m.

A team has not that long ago paid £80 million for an average central defender, another team paid £140 million for an average midfielder, so Alli starting price would be something like £150 million, that is the going rate.

It's not about being worth £150m. It's about how much the selling club would sell a player for. You wouldn't get near Alli for under £100m. Fees are going up every season, it costs more to buy English players, especially young English players and they'd be selling to a rival.

There has to be a buyer, not sure United would want him, he wouldn't make the bench at City. Liverpool and possibly Chelsea possibly may want him but doubtful. The Big 2 in Spain already have much better so no, he isn't going for £150m or anything even close to that unless it is to PSG but they seem to be in enough trouble without spending more.

OP. Good job you don't get any remuneration for the stuff you post on here.

It would only encourage you to write even more pointless & inane tosh.

Collymore makes a valid point.

Back in the day, it really surprised me that Eriksen opted to join Spurs when a host of top clubs were keen to sign him.

These crazy posts make many of the Spurs supporters look infantile. If the Spurs team were worth as much as some on here say they must have won the league by 20 points at least.

True, but there are some who actually debate sensibly.
