He has hit the jackpot a little getting the RM gig. Won both 17 and 18 finals with not a single player signed by him starting.
He knows this RM squad is due a rebuild and he isn't up to it.
In saying that I know exactly what the next 6 months under Jose will be so I'd take Zidane's infamously insulted sister in charge rather than keep him.
