I’ve got a mate at work who’s rather peeved at the rumour that Martial wants to go this Summer and he totally blames Jose for it.
“I’d rather we sacked that unt than sold Martial, in fact I’d rather keep Fellaini than Jose."
So his opinion could be slightly biased based on his apparent preference that Jose Mourhino leaves his football club.
So I’m asking other Utd fans, if you had to lose one out of Jose and Martial this summer? Who would you rather depart?
Obviously I hope you lose Martial and preferably as part of a fecked up exchange for Willian (even though I like Willian) as something has to go right for my club this Summer
Jose or Martial?

We lost to all 3 promoted sides
That’s with playing boring football too, so the results aren’t wonderful.
---------------
2nd in the league, FA Cup final isn't bad though, results wise... then add the Europa league win and micky mouse mouse cup win the year before.
thats more than Arsenal and their 'stylish play' isn;t it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Since when has Arsenal been the barometer of how good a team is doing? and when it comes to 'stylish play' we're behind Man C, LFC and probably the muppets down the road too but still have a more recent trophy.
-------------
alright mate, was only using them as an example because they have moaned for years about not winning anything.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I get where you are coming from. At the same time, I think it is fair to say we are a level above Arsenal.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Exactly my point

At the same time, you say results are not that bad and winning trophies and all that, why do you still want rid of him?
You make it out like you've been doing really well and if you have, you'd accept his boring football for what you win. 3 trophies and a final in 2 seasons as well as back to back CL appearances and a 2nd place finish last season. If that's as good as what Man United fans want, why do you want rid of Jose?

...............
His barometer is about the style of football, you moron.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Even with what your saying, Arsenal are not the best barometer for style of football either, i stated 3 team he could have used, you moron.

Anyway lads, I think I got my answers about Jose... just nice to sort of hear it from you guys ref why you lot want rid.
I'd better go back to my own boards now haha, (or maybe do some work instead eh?) thanks for keeping it topical, and not WUMing me as I certainly wasn't with you guys its nice not to get into a raging abusive argument when discussing football, despite the usual feelings between Man United and Leeds fans
a win for us all I think.....

‘I think that when Manchester United, which is the most powerful club in the world it must be remembered, do not find an agreement in eight months of negotiations, it is because they do not really want to make him an important member of the team. That’s the root of this decision. It is a well-considered decision.
‘However, it is quite obvious and it is very important to remember that he is under contract, that Manchester United will have the last word and that we will respect the decision of the club, and he will fulfil his commitment to them.
‘However, we do not share the same vision for Anthony’s future. Today, Anthony is disappointed because he has shown for three seasons the love he has for the club and its supporters.’
----
There are some quotes there that aren't elsewhere. Basically they're not happy with the contract we offered. Not only about cash but being an important member.
If he was an expensive Jose signing, he would have gotten the same treatment Lukaku and Pogba got in their first season. As he isn't, here is where we are.

oh yeah completely agree mate, miles above Arsenal, but my question was would you sacrifice a trophy in order to look good?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I was more than ready to under LVG. Mourinho on the other hand is never going to change- the way he set up vs Pool last year was a disgrace in my eyes, and we never really recovered after that game
