Hard to compare to players in the past, the ball was completely different and the technique used to strike the ball hs changed quite a bit.

It did used to be Bale, particularly in the latter part of his time with us. He pretty much single-handedly got us to 5th with nothing but long range shots.

De Bruyne and Coutinho are both brilliant shooters from outside the box.

Sigurdsson is pretty good as well.

Countinho does take a lot of long range shots too. He's relentless. But a 140 million player should be dominating games imo. I don't think I've ever seen Countinho dominate again. Liverpool got a great price
