from Tottenham, asking me if I wished to purchase a season ticket for the coming season. Now I thought I was way down the list, so why I have suddenly jumped about 20,000 places. I suspect that the club are having trouble selling 40,000+ season tickets at the prices they are asking. They will all go, but probably at a slightly reduced price for some.
The tickets on offer range from something like £1,300 up to £1,900. I of course will not be taking them up on their offer, up to £100 to go to watch a game of football is way of limits for me. I shall await the cheaper cup tickets when they go on sale. Do they think us Pensioners are made of money.

Not sure they’ll be many “cheap” cup games this season.
Especially not Wembley cheap prices.

If anyone listens to the fighting c0 ck odcast, they did an excellent episode with the supporters club about the outrageous ticket prices. They raised the issue many times to the club but were told by Levy that they need to get with the times and accept people will pay these prices.
Me and my son will not be able to afford to go to the new ground.
It’s a real shame. My grandfather took my dad, he took me but now I will probably have to stop the trend. I simply cannot afford it.

We will end up with a ground of rich prawn sandwich munchers, the real football fans are getting priced out, the stadium was built with atmosphere in mind not so confident at the moment it’s going to be rocking like the old ground

Wouldn`t have a clue. Never claimed any. Worked for 47 years, and am now enjoying my retirement, which people like you are now paying for.
