BBC pundits saying the same as me on Xhaka

To quote them "He is fake" and "He does nothing"and "He cost them the goal".

So many on here dont recognise it.

He is very very poor. Mad to think he got a bumper contract

The moment I listen to pundits regarding their opinion on Arsenal players, I'll give you a loaded pistol to put me out of my misery. OP grow up and see the bigger picture.

What is the bigger picture? Xhaka has some hidden talent he's hiding very very well?

Are you suggesting Xhaka is good enough for a side looking (aiming) to challenge for the CL places and eventually the league?

Xhaka has been pretty average since he arrived. But lets see if he improves under a new manager. The fact is football pundits don't generally like thinking. So they pick out a player, quite often the wrong player, to have a go at. If Xhaka performs well under Emery, those same pundits will then use phrases like 'quietly' effective when he has a poor game rather than thinking they have the right to have a go. And I wouldn't care too much what the thicker Neville brother says.

Xhaka is pure toilet, gets robbed of possession easily, has less tackle than your mums, and plays so slow he is practically in reverse. He wouldn't make the bench of any of the top 5, makes Bakayoko look like Zidane

I am suggesting that, whatever your argument, using BBC pundits as backup is pathetic. If you have a point, make it. Hiding behind a pundit who is paid to say something controversial is not a valid argument. As for the player,well..he was good when he joined us, just like so many others. Wenger used to improve players, latterly he seemed to to ruin them. If Emery thinks he can improve him to point where he is a useful squad member, then let's just wait and see? Emery has actually improved a great many players, unlike the cretins who believe their own hype at the BBC.

I have said it many times. The reason I posted this article is that I have received a lot of abuse on here because of my pointing out how many goals he has cost us. I only come on here occasionally now because this forum is so toxic and joined the mass exodus that has seen this site go from busy and enjoyable to quiet and toxic.

Xhaka was not good when he joined us. In fact he has been very consistent. From the moment he became a starter in the first team the whole teams performance has dropped. When he came into the team part way through the season when Santi got injured we were fighting for 1st place in the league. We finished that season 5th. Then last season we continued on that form and finished 6th. Thats pretty consistent with hm at the heart of the team. All the BBC pundits have done is confirm what I have been saying about Xhaka for ages.

I've read today that Lucas and Mustafi could be sold to generate funds for more players to keep the transfer spend within the budget. Xhaka should be added to that.
