Jordan Henderson shouldlnt be an international. He is just not good enough. He doesnt excel at anything.

How is he a mainstay.

I seem to remember Gerrard doing exactly that once. Keeper pointed where he wanted him to put it, Gerrard said "ok then" and smashed it exactly where the keeper asked. Still beat him

People slating Henderson, when he has been one of our best players by miles- with McGuire and Trips- shows how some people just let bias blind em.
He is playing as one man at the base of the midfield, in a team where out top goalscorer has scored 2 goals in open play, from about 2 yards out (discounting the deflection)- and the rest of out attacking players have been passengers in most of our games.
Lingaard, Sterling, Kane etc have been awful by their own standards, yet people are being critical of Henderson?!?!? Seems bonkers to me when he IS our midfield press on his own and has got plaudits from many big players throughout the tourny so far.
If our front players put in the effort he did we would sail to the final.

Since Jordan Henderson lost the England captaincy the form/results have improved.

Is that bad captaincy it has it allowed Jordan to focus on not passing the the opposition.
