Let's be honest, England have had an easy run, and pretty much fell to bits as soon as a pretty mediocre team like Columbia turned up the heat slightly.
We may well beat Sweden, but will stand no chance of getting to the final.
As for the performances of the players, well they have done OK, and that's about it really.

henderson ran himself into the ground to save england then stood up with others hid and took a pen.

if not for henderson colombia would have won in extra time.

Is this the same Henderson who was marking the Colombian goalscorer at the corner ? You may recall he stood still while Mina headed in. Not what I'd call "saved England"

Trippier tried to head the ball over the bar, while standing on the goal line, and was totally at fault for Columbia's goal, which to be fair to him, he admitted after the game.

Fell to bits? If we had done that surely we wouldn't have gone through on pens when we suffered the late goal body blow?

We were the better team against Colombia for the most part, while not being at our best ourselves.

Also, how can you think we could reach a semi and not have any chance of reaching a final considering it will be one of Russia or Croatia we'd have to get past? Not the best teams in the competition.

Probably because they aren't good enough.
I understand people are excited, and so they should be, but reality will bite sooner rather than later.

Such a lazy comment, that doesn't even hold much truth. At this stage any team can beat any other. We've already seen that Russia could beat, or qualify against Spain, that Germany could lose to Mexico and South Korea, that Japan could almost beat Belgium, but England can't beat Russia or Croatia for some reason?

People have a go at others for overrating England's chances too much. At the same time people can get too unrealistic in how much they underrate England.
