How good are KDB and Hazard??

Maybe City should have gone for Hazard. The two of them are head and shoulders above any midfield left in the competition and play really well together. Even Faliani and Lukaku look pretty decent with the shackles off that playing 8 at the back puts on them and with good players around them.

They were hinting on the radio before that it was the players' egos at Everton that were his downfall.

Funny how he can handle a Belgian squad containing some sublime players but not a bunch of journeymen on Merseyside.

Vinny had a great game too but it is the midfield 2 that make Belgium tick.

Witzel impressed me as well.

I agree, only commented on Vinny because maybe he has another season in him. The whole Belgian team look a class above everyone else, although Mbappe has shown he is a really good player and why he is probably the most sought after transfer target in world football so I don't rule out France.

Let Chelsea sign Mahrez,Mbappe and give us Aguero and then we can talk about giving Hazard to Man City otherwise hands off Hazard!

KDB and Hazard exemplify the kind of midfield creativity that England lack. They also ran themselves into the ground last night. Chelsea fans must wonder why they haven't had that kind of commitment from Hazard. As for KDB that's just the way he is, never stops trying.

I would make Belgium the best team left in the competition, getting those 2 playing the way they are together, and with the luck going their way at times (the first goal against Japan) makes you think maybe it is their year.
I just cannot believe that Chelsea would even consider selling Hazard, but if someone gets him and the hottest property in football Mbappe they will be a serious team.

Lukaku was impressive yesterday and some of his powerful runs with the ball reminded me of Kylian Mbappe's runs from midfield towards the goal.

Kamikaze DeBryne never stops trying? That is not always true of KDB but almost always true for Eden Hazard for Chelsea but KDB is better goal scorer than Hazard but technically Hazard is superior to KDB.

I thought the reason there are rumours of Chelsea selling Hazard is the fact that some don't like the way he can drift away from games sometimes? KDB doesn't, if only because Pep does not allow it.
