The level of unsportsmanlike behaviour from some nations and in particular the South Americans was ruining games IMO.
Worst of all it was from the biggest names/most influential players and it will effect kids watching the game as confirmed by Peter Schmeichel here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3r_KQXHK7dc
South American football used to (for the most part) be one of the highlights of the World Cup but now it frankly stinks out the place.
Hopefully VAR will come down harder and harder on cheating/unsportsmanlike behaviour and it stops being a genuine way to success as conning refs has been in the past.
*and no, England players aren't saints, this type of behaviour has sadly very much become part of our league and national game.

My dear winsty. I wasn’t comparing, simply stating the difference between dirty cheating tactics in Colombia, and the use of clever cheating by England to win flyks. Not one second am I saying England are anywhere near the level of dirty Colombia were at.

There was a little bit of gamesmanship, but generally I thought England were the only team actually trying to play football that night.
