Every country has holligans, to say because of a World Cup these knuckle draggers have changed there way is laughable.
Football is a outlet for these guys who need to let loose, if they never used football to do it they would find some other way, The Russian authorities did well in subduing it , but there were still a lot of instances of crowd violence and street battles.
