Because no one was silly enough to pay £35M for someone who only had few good games.
Also, do we now only judge players based on which club they play for?

Everton we’re willing to pay what was a record fee at the time for him. My point is if he is better than Allison how come none of the bigger clubs were in for him?

Pickford is only being touted as better after having a great World Cup. No one would’ve said he’s better than Allison before. The fact is Pickford conceded over 70 goals last season.

Those saying Allison has only had a few good games. How many times have you seen him play?

Pickford? Is this a joke? England played two decent teams at the World Cup and lost to both...3 times!
