Teams to Push Top 6

Teams to push top 6

West Ham, Everton, Leicester and Wolves ? Anyone think they truely have it in them? They’ve all made good signings on sorts this season. Perhaps it’s also fair to include Burnley in this who last season were closest to the top 6.

Fabianski is far better than Adrian, and Issa Diop will be in their back 4.

Not sure why Wilshere won't last more than 6 games, played over 60 games over the last 2 seasons.

Exactly, Wilshere is long overdue. A 21 year old with no prem experience is not going to be able to shore up that defence by himself. Winston Reid has a long term injury aswell. And Fabianski may be better than Adrian but he is still poor overall.

That defence needs a force field in front of it otherwise it will be hammered (pun played for) on the counter. Felipe and Yarmolenko won't be tracking back and Wilshere lacks speed and strength.

The bangest of average squads.

Pushing the top 6 is a relative term.

As arsenal finished with 63 points (and anywhere form 61 to 65 points can cover 5th/6th /7th in a season where the bottom 3 approach 40 points.)
then any said wanting to push the "top 6" need to get 60 points.

Can anyone see west ham, everton, leicester, burnely or wolves getting 60 points?

We also need to ask about ambition. When some of these clubs hit 40 they take foot off gas.

After spending £50m on a Brazilian surely Everton will bang up the table.

We spent £56m (likely to be more) on a Brazilian. So there.

That will just be a short term fix, the media and rival fans will break him.

Just be thankful he won’t be up against Stoke as I believe VAR isn’t being used this season?

You’d have been better getting yourselves into town and gettting a Brazilian wax from a clinic, cheaper and probably score more.
