I’m now becoming wary of FFP.
We need to shift the big earners who don’t seem to be in a big hurry to ditch their fat contracts for a pay cut and regular football. Vydra, Butterfield, Blackman and Thorne.
If we get offers for Jerome and Nugent then we should let them go.
I think a fit Martin would be perfect for this team so i’d keep him and stop chasing Waghorn.
I’m happy with what we have right now but if we were to land Abraham I wouldn’t complain.

It’s vital we get the deadwood out but I can’t figure out how to do it. We haven’t been able to and we’ve be trying for two years.

I fear they’ll stay and we’ll get creamed on FFP.

I think there was talk of buying now selling later.

Worse case scenario if we did fall foul would we get fined next summer? Then banned for one transfer window. By then the ridiculous contracts should be coming to an end anyway. So we might forefeit one transfer window. Or am I confuddled??? Season long ban???

FFP didn't seem to do QPR much harm?

Forest didn’t go up and had a transfer embargo for three windows I believe ( i’m sure a dog will enlighten us) but it did cause them serious problems but also forced them to use the kids. So every cloud and all that.

I think they had 3 window bans cos Fawaz didn’t sort his crap out. Whereas I think Mel did that debt to equity thing which helped us out. Where’s Milf when you need him he’s quite useful on these matters, appalling at everything else though.

I think we will see a mass exodus this next week, Vydra in the next couple of days and I reckon at least 4 more will follow either our on loan or permanent.
