This is a farce. If promotion to PL is worth £100 you've got to wonder about level of fine plus it encourages others to disregard FFP rules. Also they've been given 10 years to pay it - what?!!
Then add to that they can recommence transfer activity after next January window 😡😡. They should be under a transfer embargo until they've paid the fine

It’s actually only a £17m fine spread over 10 years. The rest is writing off of loans and stuff! They also have a transfer ban too. Still ridiculous though
