Definitely the type of player we should be bringing in this summer. He has bags of pace and single handily saved Palace last season. 2 years ago, I probably would of turned my nose up at this, but he has improved massively in the last 2 years. All my palace mates think the guy is the best player they have ever had at the club, which speaks volumes really considering he's only 25.
What's everyone's thoughts? I personally don't trust in Levy to get this over the line, but there's always hope I suppose. He's a lot more realistic than Martial that's for sure. For me he would fight for a 1st team spot in Ali's position or Son's.
Apart from Eriksen and Kane, all the other players are certainly not guaranteed starters if we get in a player of his quality. This current team as good as they are, have proved they don't have what it takes to go that extra mile and win trophies. Adding in quality like Zaha will only help that cause in my opinion.

Don't see much point in arguing Zaha versus Martial.......
only fools who think Levy is going to do anything would do so.
surely everyone has seen this by now:

Like I said Ted, was never confident Levy would get this or any top player over the line, but worth discussing. I honestly don't think Spurs will sign anyone.

I think we'll end up paying over the odds for Alderweireld (considering his age and length of contract) but getting a top player, you'll not get Martial as part of the deal, leave it too late to get the Zaha signing completed and end up with neither.

Ace, not only that, but united clearly looking to string us along dangling Martial infront of us, knowing full well they have no intention to sell to us. As much as I would love martial, no way in a million years are we signing him. We will honestly end up with nothing I'm convinced. Real pi** poor window from Spurs. A huge season coming up with the new stadium and we have literally done nothing. Ohhhhh we got Luke Amos and Oliver Skipp I love nothing more than these kids to make it, but are we seriously looking at relying on starting a pair of rookies against Newcastle ? Spurs terribly prepared as per usual for the season

We won`t sign Martial or Zaha, Levy won`t pay the asking price for either.
We may get Grealish and another under the radar player, with the cost funded by sales. Another break even window imo.
I hope we have a quality replacement lined up for Rose and Toby if they leave, or all of a sudden we will be looking a lot weaker at the back
