Quest is part of the discovery channel that also owns and broadcasts eurosport. The "quality" of the broadcast from a technical perspective is the same as anywhere else. It's actually just started transmitting from a cloud based system, the first company in the world to do it on the scale it is. There should be no difference from +1 to normal channel.

Ken Bates, go into display settings, and set display format to 16-9 or Auto...that might help.

To be fair to you I've checked some e mails and there were issues with luminance and frames.
It will improve and was due to technical issues with the cloud based system I mentioned.

Seriously, if you're involved with this it was pretty poor on +1. Obviously a problem somewhere.

I don't know if 'luminance and frames' includes resolution, but the picture was square, eg 240x240.
