Usually these articles are filled with complaints and grumbles but regarding the ref last night i thought he had a pretty good game.

didn't fall for a lot of their antics and despite their best efforts to waste time he added it all on at the end.

havent seen the penalty claim back, looked close to the box but i didn't see tierney complaining.

anyway, fair play to him, they deserve praise when they have a good game.

anyone who disagrees with me is a bumboaby.

Interesting piece of trivia. Gaylord Burrows III (his real name) won the Indian Open golf title in 1979. He also won the Indonesian Open in 1977. That same year - the duel in the sun at Turnberry - he was tied 4th going into the last round but blew up with an 80.

Ref was garbage last night. Went for the easy decision every time. The one when eduoard knocked it past him and the guy obstructed him and he gave a foul to them summed him up.
