Solid three points

Not a great performance but a good season start.

Penalty aside Pogba was awful.
Fred wasn't great, gave away simple balls.
Sanchez was attrcoious, gave away the ball for fu,n, can't of thought this wasa real game. I know people think a summers rest will help him but Nah, he's finished
Lukakus miss was unforgivable and that's why he's a 25 a season player and not 40.
Baily great.
Pereira looked better than magic ever has.

Overall Leicester deserved a point but we got 3, that's what matters.

Pogba awful!!
You really are an attention seeking little weasel aren't you. He was not awful at all. In fact he wasn't even poor. Made some vital headers defensively, demanded the ball, got a goal and considering he has had nobpre season he was good and will hopefully get better.
Bailly, Shaw and Pogba were our 3 beat players. Perreira also had a good game and Fred albeit had some loose touches was all action and i think he is going to be very good. Started to look better in 2nd half when he got upto speed with Premier league

I like how the first few responders thought he was serious, well he probably was

And therein lies the issue with stretty

The first game can be tricky so I think any points especially 3 are welcome. I thought pogba and Fred were ok and there is room for improvement in midfield which will get better with the return of lingard.

The concern is Sanchez of which fans may want to lower their expectations but the worst performance was Rashford who showed that he has no clue how to play the lone striker role even without the support

Champions win when playing badly, so I'm glad we played bad and not good because it means we are more likely to win the league.

Gotta agree with OP. By his world cup and prev (Juve) standards Pogba wasnt that impressive at all.

Took too long on the ball, and spent lots of time sulking about not getting freekicks, whilst getting caught in possession or playing it safe.

If this is him playing well for Man U then ship him out now for big bucks whilst you can, as he simply wont ever fit a Jose team. He is like a french Henderson at 4 or 5 times the cost.

Its like watching two dif players seeing him for France and Man U, and its almost as if he simply doesnt like playing for Mourinho imo.

Seems to have so much more energy for France.

Pogba has a very good game, especially given the context.

More nonsense from the JA Genius.

Wasn't sure what to make of FredI thought he looked edgy and nervy, especially in the first half. His touch was far from assured, and his kick out at the Leicester player was madness and seemed like a sign of frustration.

Also, I haven't really seen a decent replay of the penalty decision. Looked extremely harsh to me?

That's the issue with Pogba, people see thibgs that aren't there?

Pulled the strings? Lecister dominated for large quantities of the game.
