A lot of talk about how these are the same players from a few month ago who were so poor.
However, if you look at our starting line ups from end of last season, only 6 maybe 7 of our starting line up players this season started end of last season, remember we had the likes of Ekuban, Vieira, Jansson, Shaunessy etc playing.
So, its not exactly the same, but it's clear about the impact Bielsa has had.
Why has Bielsa made these players more effective? Is Orta really a genius?
Firstly, there is a completely different dynamic between Bielsa and the club and TC or PH and the club.
For a start, Bielsa has brought his own coaching team in, TC for example have Gianni Rio imposed upon him by Orta.
It seems like Bielsa has much more control and I'm sure that the club are aware of the interest and hype (for want of a better word) around Bielsa.
Last season every time TC was asked a question about players the answer was 'ask Victor' its clear that TC had little say in things, the same for Heck.
Bielsa is not getting everything he wants but he is showing the value of his ideas and methods. I like people who try to cover every base in their preparations and he is certainly doing that.
I'm also impressed with his attempts to communicate in English, The interviews are still cumbersome, but the intention is there and he is getting there.
Klich has done well in 2 games, Saiz has done well in 2 games, Bielsa has done well in 2 games, but lets look at some context here. The club went down 2 cheap and stupid routes last season with TC and Heck and Orta must shoulder responsibility for that, along with the huge influx of u23 players, some of whom are already moving on, Cibiki, LBJ, De Bock etc.
We've also seen Wood and Vieira depart under Orta and I'm still completely bemused as to why Heck was deemed a good choice to replace TC, especially when Bielsa was available and club were apparently already talking to him.
Anyhow, I have said that Bielsa appointment represent a desperate attempt by AR to make something work after failed attempts in any direction. Once he'd been appointed though I said he needs to be backed and supported. Bielsa is showing what he can do and is gaining a cult following/status, this can be dangerous for the club if the fans feel Bielsa is being disrespected, I hope that Orta and Kinnear can support instead of trying to dictate to and then we could just be in for quite a season.
Unless squad can be strengthened I fear we'll fall a bit short this season but we need to ensure Bielsa stays on next season and really make the most of that and already be thinking of what comes next as 2 years at a club is Bielsa's maximum lifespan.

Don wasn't even a manager or a coach at the time, was he just a crocked player?

So if Bielsa had come to us from Boston would you be the way you are?..
You could say the only major title Wilkinson won before us was with Sheffield, some would say that wasn't much!..

Kamara, exactly, hasn't won anything at club level for 20 years, and this is point that pundits are making as well, and to a person they all feel it will end in tears in a few months.
I hope they're wrong.

Germany, what is the way I am exactly?
I'm saying that the manager is doing a great job and I'm hoping he is supported properly by the board.
